"The Magic Box" by Connor MS, Age 10, Class 6KR

This is a piece of work i did in year four(now in year six)and i was awarded the star award for this piece of writing

The Magic Box,
I will put in the box.....

The last feeling of my grandad,
The last tear of a woman dying and
a throat of a Denmark dragon

I will put in the box.....

The cup England lifted in 1966,
The army hat stolen from the Germans and
The first human to walk on earth

My box is fashioned from fire, wind and earth
with Chinese whiskers on the lid and
grave stones in the corners

I shall walk like wind on my box
in the great deserts in Africa,
Then burn it to ashes
and see it blow away
never to be found
